A Private Blockchain-Based Secure Framework for Patient-Centric Medical Data Management with Off-Chain Storage and Machine Learning Integration
A big problem in today's healthcare system is the secure administration of patients' medical records. To create a secure, scalable, and effective system for handling patient data, this paper offers a secure and scalable system that combines machine learning (ML), blockchain, and off-chain storage to handle medical records for patients. A Cancer prediction ML model built on linear regression can predict the chance of getting cancer, which helps with early detection and clinical decisions. Predictive results are kept safely on a private blockchain, and Interplanetary File System (IPFS) is used to handle extensive medical files. Smart contracts on sidechains control who can access data, protect privacy, keep data safe, and make healthcare data handling more efficient. This innovative method replaces patient-centered medical data administration and gets beyond storage limits by utilizing the transparency and security of blockchain technology.
