A 10-MHz Full-Wave Current Sensor Based on a Translinear Loop
This paper presents a high-performance full-wave current sensor implemented in TSMC <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$65-\text{nm}$</tex> CMOS technology. It utilizes a translinear loop (TLL) architecture to achieve low settling time and high energy efficiency. The design employs high-speed clocking to dynamically turn the sensor on and off, minimizing power consumption while achieving a settling time of less than 5 ns and <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\pm 17 \%$</tex> accuracy across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT), with a total current consumption of 0.6 mA.
