An IoT Enabled PLC Based Multichannel Temperature Monitoring and Controlling System

This paper introduces a temperature control inspection system tailored for industrial environments, such as regulating boiler temperatures in steel, chemical, and thermal power plants. The system consists of several down-computer nodes that serve as AI-powered smart meters, an up-computer, and a programmable logic controller (PLC). The connections between these parts and the hardware architecture are described in detail. In addition to integrated security monitoring and a sophisticated communication setup for the downcomputers, the system is designed for remote and centralized management with an emphasis on programming. The system facilitates real-time temperature data collection, processing, and transmission from the field for remote monitoring through the use of intelligent instruments. The system has several important advantages, including strong dependability, broad applicability, and high efficiency.
