Sizing and Locating Planning of EV Battery Swapping Stations Considering Centralized Charging Station of Battery
Considering the sizing and locating planning of EV battery swapping stations(EVBSS) with the centralized charging station of battery(CCSB) is a complex mixed-integer nonlinear planning problem with multi-variable and multi-constraints, which is difficult to be solved by general mathematical methods, and this paper proposes a method for jointly solving this problem by using the Voronoi diagram and the improved Moth-Flame Optimization algorithm based on Chaos mapping and Levy-flight strategy, which is named as CLIMFO. Considering the impact of CCSB, a multi-objective decision model is established with the objectives of the annual construction investment cost, annual timeconsuming cost of users on their way to swapping, and annual battery swapping cost. By introducing CLIMFO and taking the minimum value of the objective function of multi-objective decision-making as the condition, combined with the Voronoi diagram to dividing the service areas of each EVBSS, the optimal solution of the sizing and locating planning scheme for the EVBSS is obtained. The comparative analysis of the case using MATLAB shows that CLIMFO is superior to PSO and MFO in terms of global optimization ability, various costs and user waiting time, etc. Therefore, the proposed model and algorithm are reasonable and feasible.
