Comprehensive Evaluation Study of Acquisition Capability of Acquisition System Based on G1-CRITIC Method Combined Assignment
This paper addresses the lack of comprehensive and accurate evaluation methods for the acquisition capability of electricity information acquisition systems, including issues such as an imperfect index system and the limitations of single-weight determination methods. This study presents a comprehensive evaluation method that combines the G1 and CRITIC methods in an optimized way. The evaluation index system is constructed from four dimensions: acquisition quality control, acquisition coverage rate, power acquisition anomaly, and clock management. Subjective weights are determined by the G1 method and objective weights by the CRITIC method, with the grey relational grade method employed for system evaluation comprehensively. In this case, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are confirmed through its application to a power supply station in Zhejiang Province. This method significantly contributes to improving operation and maintenance levels and advancing the construction and practical application of such systems.
