Research and Implementation of IEEE 802.1CB Protocol Based on FPGA
The rapid development of autonomous driving technology has increased the real-time requirements for data transmission of communication equipment, and the redundancy mechanism is designed based on the IEEE 802.1CB protocol, which can provide transmission redundancy and meet the reliability transmission of communication equipment. Based on FPGA, and the hardware description language Verilog HDL, the basic functions of CB protocol such as sequence generation, stream identification, stream segmentation, and sequence encoding and decoding are realized by using the state machine to describe the data frame matching recovery algorithm and potential error detection mechanism in the redundant system. Modelsim software is used to verify the comprehensive simulation of each module, and the results show that the scheme provides a low-cost and high-reliability redundancy mechanism for communication equipment.
