Next Generation Smart Cultivator for Sustainable Agricultural Development

This paper describes a new form of modern agriculture that solves the existing challenge for farmers. However, the traditional tilling method is labor intensive, disabled, and hindered by weather, increased operating costs, and reduced productivity. This innovative solution combines automation with radio frequency remote control and real-time Wi-Fi camera monitoring, thus minimizing the use of manual labor and maximizing the precision of soil preparation. Also, it can be used as a small truck for some maximal usages of loadcarrying situations for the farmers. Our cultivator is a mild hybrid vehicle which makes the availability of the power source possible. It has a small gasoline generator for rough usage of the electric cultivator for a longer backup charge. Also, it enables solar power production while in both running and rest conditions. In the proposed systems, the tillers are just electrically powered by batteries and solar panels. So we have a new technology for power usage of the cultivator and the best battery storage maintenance system called EBPCS (Efficient battery protection and charging system), with a market potential of beyond 8 million farmers in Tamil Nadu and a growth rate of 20% a year. So, it will become a farmer's choice.
