Real Time Measurement of Power Quality Parameters Using Signal Processing Techniques
This study gives a novel method for measuring different power quality characteristics in real time utilizing signal processing techniques. These methods are used to evaluate important factors in real time, including flicker, frequency, harmonics, and disturbances. The paper also examines how the suggested algorithms can get around the drawbacks of the current approaches. The mathematical models underlying each method, their MATLAB simulation, and their implementation on a multiprocessor hardware platform using the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) TMS320F2806 are all covered in detail in this study. The usefulness of the suggested signal processing methods for online power quality measurement is confirmed by both simulation and experimental results.
