Real Time Control and Operation Evaluation Strategy for Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization System in Thermal Power Plants

This paper proposes a fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy to address the problems of regulation lag and poor disturbance resistance in traditional PID control of wet flue gas desulfurization systems in thermal power plants under variable operating conditions. By integrating the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control, adaptive tuning of controller parameters is achieved to improve system dynamic response and robustness. At the same time, a multi-level energy efficiency evaluation system based on desulfurization level, energy consumption level, and operational economy is constructed, and the AHM entropy weight combination weighting method is used to determine the indicator weights. The simulation results show that the improved control strategy significantly reduces the pH overshoot and shortens the stabilization time; After optimization, the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization tower under various operating conditions has been improved to level I, and the energy consumption and economic rating have been improved to level II, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
