Generation of High-Order Vortex Waves for Chiral Detection
Vortex waves have wide application prospects in sensing and communication fields. The orthogonality of different orders expands the dimension of information carried by vortex waves and brings more possibilities for its application. In this paper, suitable array antennas and feed networks are designed to generate high-order (fourth-order) vortex wave with <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$E_{y}$</tex> polarization at microwave frequencies and the receiving antennas are designed to realize detection of chiral structures. Compared with firs-torder vortex waves at the same frequency, the four-order vortex waves better distinguishing capabilities for chiral detection.
