A Design Method of Hybrid Filter for Conducted Emission Suppression
To meet the demand for solving the electromagnetic interference problem inside the electric drive system, this paper studies a design method of a mixer filter for conducting emission suppression. Firstly, the mechanism and process of electromagnetic emission in typical high-power electric drive systems were analyzed, and their electromagnetic emission characteristics were obtained by combining typical coupling paths. Then, starting from the filter configuration, a new active-passive hybrid filter design method was proposed, and the specific parameter analysis and design of the filter were carried out based on the electromagnetic emission characteristics of typical electric drive systems. Simulation and experimental results show that the hybrid filter can effectively suppress electromagnetic emissions. Compared to traditional passive filters, it effectively reduces the size and weight of the filter.
