SYSTEMIC MODERNIZATION OF THE EXPORT-ORIENTED AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX IN THE CONTEXT OF INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATIONS

This article, based on the study and analysis of institutional problems in Russia’s export-oriented agro-industrial complex, proposes conceptual strategies for its strategic transformation, taking into account current socio-economic conditions and increasing global geo-economic pressures. The authors emphasize the need for an integrative model of strategic management for the development of the export-oriented agro-industrial complex, including coordination among federal, regional, and corporate agricultural policies.
