PROSPECTS AND BARRIERS TO THE FORMATION OF THE DIGITAL UNION OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION

The paper highlights the potential benefits of improved data exchange, digitalization, and the use of digital platforms. It also outlines several barriers to the Union’s formation, including legal discrepancies, cybersecurity challenges, and disparities in digital readiness.
