PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DIGITALIZATION IN RUSSIAN SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES

This article analyzes the current state of digital transformation in Russian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), highlighting the main reasons for its slow adoption. Among the major issues identified are insufficient funding, underdeveloped infrastructure, and a shortage of qualified personnel. The author outlines the prospects for digitalization in the coming years. Drawing upon successful international experiences, the article suggests possible solutions to existing challenges and offers recommendations to support the development of digital technologies within Russian entrepreneurship.
