DIGITALIZATION AS A DRIVER OF CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES: CONTEMPORARY APPROACHES AND PERSPECTIVES

The onset of war has significantly increased the importance of digitalizing the management systems of agricultural enterprises, which have been compelled to rapidly adapt to new operating conditions. This article investigates the key transformations in the management systems of agricultural enterprises, encompassing enterprise management, logistics and supply, human resource management, financial management, production program management, information security, partnerships, and innovation management. It is revealed that significant wartime risks necessitate a transition towards adaptive management, a demand for decentralization of managerial functions, and the development of digital monitoring, alongside companies' pursuit of new logistical solutions. Recent trends in management also include remote personnel management, automation of management processes, staff requalification, and investments in new technologies and digitalization. Agri-technological innovations are emerging as a new factor supporting production, with a notable increase in investments in cybersecurity and digital literacy. Changes in business models and intensified cooperation among agricultural enterprises have become new imperatives for sustaining business resilience. A promising direction for digitalization lies in the development of the agritechnological sector. In the future, large companies are expected to transition from merely digitalizing processes and functions to systemic digital transformation of their management systems, foster digital skills among personnel of various qualifications, and establish networks for disseminating digitalization knowledge and experience within the agricultural sector. Traditional management structures are anticipated to be augmented by digital management. Digital tools and management methods are becoming an integral component of management systems. A systematization of existing approaches to their digitalization indicates the presence of process, functional, systemic, and strategic methods for organizing the implementation and utilization of technologies. Management systems in agricultural enterprises are increasingly adopting digital technologies and solutions not only for automating business processes and management functions but also for systemic continuous business support and the exchange of existing digital products through the development of strategic partnerships. Future research should focus on identifying the main problems and challenges associated with the digitalization of management systems in agricultural enterprises.
