CONCEPTUALIZATION OF STRATEGIC KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL AGE

The article reveals the theoretical and methodological principles of strategic knowledge management in the context of digitalization of economic processes. The main goal of the work is to form a holistic concept of strategic knowledge management as a key factor in ensuring adaptability, innovative development and competitive advantages of modern enterprises. The authors systematized scientific and theoretical approaches, which made it possible to establish the limitations of traditional knowledge management methods in the context of the rapid development of information technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data and cloud services. These technologies radically transform the nature of knowledge, creating new conditions for its creation, accumulation, transfer and use. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the need to review existing paradigms of knowledge management in the context of the transition to knowledge-centric models of organizations, where knowledge management is integrated into the overall business strategy and operational activities of the enterprise. The authors emphasize the importance of developing new methodological approaches and tools that will ensure the effective functioning of organizations in the digital environment. The methodological basis of the study is an evolutionary approach to knowledge as a dynamic, adaptive system, a system-network paradigm that takes into account the complexity of organizational communications, as well as the concept of digital ecology of knowledge, which combines internal and external sources of information into a single digital ecosystem. The proposed conceptual model of strategic knowledge management includes components of digital infrastructure, process management, organizational and cultural environment, a performance assessment system and adaptive mechanisms for responding to changes in the external environment. The work proves that the successful implementation of this model requires the integration of innovative technologies with the development of organizational knowledge culture, the formation of new organizational roles and functions, as well as constant monitoring and optimization of the system. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of their use by enterprises to improve their strategies in the digital economy, increase their innovative potential and competitive positions in the market.
