PROPERTY RELATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF INTERSECTORAL COOPERATION IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The article examines the specifics of property relations in the system of intersectoral cooperation of the agro-industrial complex (AIC). The structure of the property complex of the agro-industrial complex, the features of its formation, use and distribution are analyzed. The key problems in the field of property relations that hinder effective intersectoral cooperation are investigated, and directions for their solution are proposed, taking into account modern economic and legal conditions. Special attention is paid to ensuring property rights, effective property management and stimulating investment activity.
