ASYMMETRIC DEVELOPMENT OF HORTICULTURE AS A PROBLEM OF ITS STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION

The article discusses the problem of asymmetry in the development of horticulture in the Russian Federation. The negative impact on the proportionality of the production of fruits and berries on farms of different categories is emphasized, the imposition of sectoral features of the industry of strict influence of external economic factors - from monetary policy in the country to a decrease in the economic availability of fruits and berries. Analysis of the development of national horticulture in farms of all categories showed the emergence of a tendency towards a balanced development of the industry in farms of the organized agricultural sector. Its strengthening against the background of the measures taken by state support is possible when the practice of subsidizing commodity production of fruits is introduced.
