Phosphotungstic and phosphomolybdic acid solid-solutions: a new approach for QLED hole injection layers

PWA–PMA solid-solution hole injection layers were developed for QLEDs, where tuning the W–Mo ratio improved energy alignment, hole mobility, and stability, resulting in higher efficiency, reduced turn-on voltage, and mitigated charge imbalance.
