Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Kanker Payudara Studi Literatur Review

Neoplasm or tumor is the growth of abnormal cells in the body that then becomes cancer. Breast cancer in Indonesia is one of the main contributors to women's problems. Some causes of breast cancer are age factors, hormonal conditions, family history, and lifestyle. Based on this, the purpose of this literature review is to confirm the factors related to the emergence of breast cancer. Article search using Google Scholar sources. In this literature using articles relevant to the topic of breast cancer, the search results obtained were 256 articles. Then 10 articles were obtained that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for further analysis. This study uses a literature review approach by digging up in-depth information from selected articles. Based on the analysis of 10 articles, factors that contribute to breast cancer were found. The findings of the literature review showed that the emergence of breast cancer was influenced by: age factors, hormonal conditions, family history, and lifestyle. Lifestyle factors have the highest percentage, such as alcohol consumption and smoking. Meanwhile, age factors and hormonal conditions also make a significant contribution, especially in pre-menopausal and post-menopausal women who use hormone replacement therapy. Overall, breast cancer can be influenced by one or more of these factors. To reduce the risk of breast cancer, women are advised to adopt a healthy lifestyle and avoid alcohol consumption and smoking. The use of hormonal contraception should be consulted with a medical professional. For women with a family history of breast cancer, it is important to do early detection and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
