Uma abordagem da matemática com secagem solar no Ensino Médio

Drying is a method of food preservation that adds value to the natural product. Promoting the use of solar dryers can stimulate the sustainable development of communities whose source of income is agriculture. The experience presented here is an action-research developed in a public school in Petrolina-PE, which integrated mathematical concepts with the environmental aspects of the students' daily lives. The experience highlighted the potential of the transversal approach of Environmental Education in Math classes, promoting reflection on the sustainable use of natural resources and stimulating the critical thinking of students.
