AI-Driven Dispute Settlement in Cross-Border E-Commerce
Cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) has quickly become the new engine of international trade because of its convenience, efficiency, and globalization. As CBEC has progressed, dispute resolution has become a key bottleneck restricting its fuller development. The purpose of this article is to explore the dispute resolution mechanism of CBEC based on deep learning (DL) and improve the efficiency and accuracy of dispute resolution with the help of intelligent data mining and pattern recognition technology. In this study, a DL algorithm is used to build an intelligent model for CBEC disputes and a large quantity of disputed data is analyzed and processed. With the help of training and optimization, the model successfully grasps the inherent law of dispute data and will realize intelligent identification of dispute types, causes, and solutions. The research results show that the DL model shows high accuracy and efficiency in dispute resolution, which improves satisfaction and timeliness.
