Adaptive Intrusion Detection Systems: Leveraging Machine Learning for Real-Time Threat Mitigation
The current study employs the formulation of the concept of an Adaptive Intrusion Detection Systems (AIDS) which can detect sophisticated and widespread cyber threats. The proposed security solution utilizes machine learning features to quickly identify and respond to cyber threats within real time contexts. Studies exploring the gaps in conventional solutions arise because the existing detection techniques do not offer sufficient protection against the present organized threats. The explicit collection of network traffic patterns and intrusion-based activities made up the training and testing bed of the new model implementation. The results of the detection also show that an adaptive system performs better than conventional methods as it has an ID accuracy of more than 95% in addition to low incorrect positive rates. The outcomes have revealed that healthcare wants improved intrusion detection because patient data security is still a concern. As revealed by the results this advancement in wired machine learning technology makes it possible to effectively handle threats as they occur making healthcare security infrastructure better besides boosting other cybersecurity practices. The findings contribute to creating executable wisdom to frame stronger healthcare structures that implement protection against increasing cyber risks.
