Leveraging AI to Strengthen Cloud Security for Financial Institutions with Blockchain-Based Secure E-Banking Payment System

There is a lot of hope for the future of blockchain technology, which is already being used extensively in the financial sector. Electronic banking, sometimes known as online banking, Internet banking, or e-banking, has revolutionized the banking industry by putting a variety of financial services in the hands of customers. The proposed paper integrates cloud computing, blockchain technology, and artificial intelligence to improve the security, scalability, and efficiency of electronic banking payment systems. The AI-driven approach employs a Linear Regression (LiR) model for transaction pattern analysis, achieving an R-squared (<tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{R}^{\mathbf{2}}$</tex>) of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{7 7. 8 2 \%}$</tex> and a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 25.94, outperforming traditional Naïve Bayes (NB), Decision Tree and Adaboost models. The blockchainbased security framework ensures secure transaction verification, achieving high transaction processing speeds (TPS up to 255), low latency (<tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$175-190 ~\text{ms}$</tex>), and strong reliability with 99.99 % uptime. Cloud computing optimizes resource allocation and real-time transaction processing, improving system performance.
