Research on Transformer Winding Modelling Method Based on Feedback Regulation of Frequency-Variable Parameters
This study first establishes a three-dimensional transformer finite element simulation model. Subsequently, the equivalent parameters of windings are calculated using three finite element analysis methods: eddy current field, static magnetic field, and electrostatic field. Based on the frequency-dependent parameter principle, the frequency variation patterns are analyzed, and a frequency-dependent parameter feedback adjustment method is proposed to construct a frequency response analysis model. Finally, the model's validity is verified experimentally. The results indicate that when the frequency exceeds 1 kHz, the capacitance parameters remain unchanged with frequency variation, the resistance parameters increase with frequency, and the anisotropic relative effective permeability of the laminated core and inductance parameters gradually decrease with rising frequency. Comparisons between simulations and measurements show consistent trends in the winding frequency response curves under normal conditions. The proposed frequency-dependent parameter feedback adjustment method enhances modeling accuracy for winding frequency responses, improves the precision of winding parameter calculations, and thereby increases the accuracy of frequency response solutions.
