Smart Medicine Vending Machines Using Arduino: AA Comprehensive Analysis of Current Technologies and Future Directions
The paper aims to evaluate new trends in automated medicine dispensing systems with a special emphasis on the Arduino technology. To establish the existing concerns and probabilities of increasing the ease of access to healthcare with use of automated dispensing systems, the paper reviews the existing literature and technological integrations. Drawing on the analyzed expression, it can be noted that despite the progress achieved by the present vending machine technologies in medication distribution, there are still great prospects for their further development through integration with IoT, telemedicine possibilities and upgraded protection methods. The paper evaluates the current medicine vending machines with regards to the availability, features and limitations of the enabling technologies for broad healthcare solutions. Current technologies in drug vending also lack several additional services such as consultations on users and validation of prescription making the gadgets of limited use or of inconvenience to some classes of patient. Based on these challenges the paper has presented an Arduino Medicine Vending Machine Model with a view to enhancing the current model. They include doctors' involvement in the process, capability of scanning prescription in real time all of which will be done in a secure manner that will enhance easy dispensing of the medications. The solution offers a potential and cheap technique which might assist to enhance the delivery of automated medicine and therefore in the neglected areas. The review aims at offering details on today's state regarding developments in the account of IoT and the related markets, evaluate present blank areas of technology with reference to this market, and recommend points on the compatibility of Arduino based systems in augmenting automation in medical services.
