Research on Industrial Robots Fault Diagnosis Based on the Relevant Model
A fault diagnosis method of industrial robots based on relevant modeling theory was proposed in the paper. In this method, the typical task model and relevant graphical model of industrial robots were established, and the first-order relevant column vector method was used to solve the relevant mathematical model and select the testing points, and then the diagnosis tree and dictionary were established, which could provide the basis for developing the product fault diagnosis strategy. Meanwhile, the welding robot was selected as a typical product to carry out the application research of relevant modeling, model optimizing and dividing, testing point selecting, diagnosis tree and dictionary establishing. The results had showed that, the method has intuitive and efficient testability modeling and diagnosis ability, could reducing the dependence on product fault mechanism, expert experience knowledge and other related information, and then provide a new idea to improve the fault diagnosis ability of industrial robot products.
