IoT-Based Energy Efficiency Management System
In order to minimize energy usage and enhance predictive maintenance in industrial motors, this research investigates a sophisticated framework based on the Internet of Things and machine learning (ML). In order to detect inefficiencies, anticipate maintenance requirements, and prolong equipment life, the system integrates machine learning algorithms with Internet of Things sensors that continuously monitor motor characteristics including voltage, current, temperature, and vibration. It has been demonstrated that installing this technology in industrial settings greatly lowers energy use, boosts operational effectiveness, avoids unscheduled outages, and advances sustainability objectives. The system’s architecture, methods, case studies, and outcomes are covered in the article, which also shows how versatile the system is in a range of industrial settings.
