QML-Based Abstraction Techniques for Predictive Modeling in Banking
The increasing number of facts that banks have access to has led to the need for superior predictive modeling techniques to make knowledgeable decisions. However, conventional modeling methods may be time-consuming and hard to interpret. This paper proposes a unique method for predictive modeling in banking with the use of QML-primarily based abstraction strategies. QML (Quantum Markup Language) is a high-stage language that allows the illustration and manipulation of statistics through the use of quantum statistics processing techniques. This allows for the efficient and correct estimation of complicated relationships between variables in a dataset. The proposed abstraction strategies contain a simplified representation of the dataset and the use of QML, which is then used to educate predictive models. This allows for an extra efficient and accurate modeling procedure because the complexity of the dataset is decreased while capturing crucial relationships. Moreover, our technique carries multiple QML-based totally abstraction strategies, together with quantum function choice and quantum clustering, to further decorate the version's overall performance and interpretability. Preliminary experiments and the use of realworld banking datasets have proven promising effects, with elevated accuracy and quicker model education times compared to conventional techniques. Standard, this paper gives a new and revolutionary approach to predictive modeling in banking, addressing the demanding situations posed with the aid of the ever-increasing quantity of statistics.
