Effective Cloud Computing Architectures for Complex Systems: Scalable Data Processing and Real-Time Decision Making
The need for effective and extensible data processing solutions has skyrocketed due to the ever-increasing complexity of modern systems. This is especially true in domains like real-time decision-making, big data analytics, and the internet of things (IoT). One important tool for dealing with these complicated workloads is cloud computing, which offers on-demand access to practically limitless computational resources. This study delves into the ins and outs of building efficient cloud computing architectures for handling massive, ever-changing datasets and facilitating sophisticated system decision-making in real-time. It takes a look at important architectural paradigms like hybrid cloud models, distributed cloud computing, and edge computing to see how well they work for real-time activities that need scalable data processing and low latency. The function of advanced data processing frameworks such as Apache Kafka, Hadoop, and Spark in providing scalable data streams, batch processing, and real-time analytics is specifically explored in this paper. Cloud-based architectures are also considered. Important for mission-critical applications that require decisions in real-time, the research delves further into the difficulties of guaranteeing fault tolerance, high availability, and efficient data storage. Intelligent orchestration and load balancing mechanisms should be used to dynamically assign resources in response to varying system needs, according to the study. In order to address the changing demands of complex systems in fields as diverse as smart cities and autonomous vehicles, this research seeks to shed light on the future of cloud computing architectures by concentrating on solutions for scalable data processing and enabling real-time decision-making capabilities.
