Analysis of Electromagnetic Signal Echoes from Airborne Targets

This paper presents a study on the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of electrically large airborne targets within complex electromagnetic environments. Utilizing electromagnetic simulation and analysis techniques, we have analyzed the bistatic RCS (Radar Cross Section) of an aircraft. Furthermore, by integrating radar waveform parameters, the paper investigates the time-domain response properties of radar echoes. The simulation results demonstrate that the employed simulation methodology offers high precision. The bistatic RCS of the target can reveal structural features, and the time-domain characteristics of radar echoes are closely related to the target's structure and the radar's line of sight.
