Research on the Mechanism of Resource Sharing and Collaborative Innovation of Civic Moral Education Supported by Cloud Computing Platform

This paper examines the practice of using cloud computing platforms in civic moral education with the view of understanding how resources and innovations are shared among learners. This paper discusses how cloud technologies solve traditional problems such as resource scarcity, restrictive communication, and inequality in access by conducting a systematic literature review using a case study approach. Significant conclusions point to the benefits of launching centralized cloud platforms as they allow educators, students, and stakeholders to share lesson plans, multimedia content, and real-time data. Cloud-based applications are used in inter and intra-institutional collaborations as well as to allow for studentcentered projects. Nonetheless, issues such as data privacy, infrastructure deficiencies, and organizational and user resistance remain a problem. Solutions are provided that include; enhancements in security measures, enhanced Internet connectivity, and development of professional development programs. The study reinforces the utility of the cloud in developing effective teaching methods for civics and makes practical suggestions on its application. Further research should incorporate more quantitative research along with new applications in different environments.
