Evaluation of Communication Networks Based on Monitoring Systems and SLA Technology
Digitalization of various business processes is associated with the operation of IT systems, the unstable operation of which entails low productivity, downtime losses, and lost profits. There are basic measurable parameters of the communication network such as network latency, jitter, loss of packets, and so on. Technological solutions, in particular, the created technology for monitoring communication networks, promptly notify service personnel of network failures, which helps to prevent possible problems. This study examines and evaluates the communication network using modern quality monitoring systems for transport networks using the example of the SLA terminology system, Wellink's prepared monitoring model for Wellink wiProbe measuring probes in the WPE-108 configuration. The experimental results demonstrate a bench that is convenient for evaluating communication networks and a system that allows you to observe changes in network performance in real time.
