AI-Driven Chatbots: Bridging the Gap between Patients and Healthcare Providers
This paper explores the theoretical framework for an AI-driven chatbot system designed to connect patients with healthcare providers. With growing demand for accessible healthcare services, AI chatbots offer a promising solution to streamline patient triage, symptom analysis, and doctor recommendations. We review relevant literature, propose a conceptual architecture with algorithmic formulations, and present a hypothetical evaluation of system performance. Although no empirical testing is conducted, our work synthesizes existing research and outlines future directions for real-world implementation.
