Intelligent Digital Measuring Pressure Gauge Laboratory

With the growing demand for pressure gauge calibration, traditional manual and semi-automatic equipment can no longer meet modern metrological requirements. This paper presents a digital transformation initiative for pressure gauge detection systems implemented. An Intelligent Digital Measurement Pressure Gauge Laboratory has been established to address three critical challenges: operational inefficiency, data accuracy limitations, and insufficient digital integration. Through innovative practices in intelligent instrumentation, machine vision, and automated control, the laboratory achieves fully automated data acquisition, process control, and certificate generation. Key achievements include the development of a unified digital platform bridging equipment and municipal inspection systems.
