In Port Sudan, mass displacement between 2023 and 2025 created acute humanitarian conditions, prompting this study's investigation into trauma-related menstrual challenges. Objectives: To examine the prevalence and severity of psychosocial trauma and its correlation with menstrual and reproductive health disturbances among displaced adolescent girls. The study further explores sociodemographic modifiers influencing these outcomes.
