Design of Bamboo Tea Packaging Based on Kansei Engineering and BP Neural Network
This study investigates innovative bamboo packaging design for Anji White Tea by addressing user experience demands across four dimensions: sensory, functional, emotional, and value-based attributes. The research initiates by classifying demands using the Kano model. to identify five critical determinants of user satisfaction. Subsequently, Kansei Engineering with a Bp Neural Network model training is employed to extract core perceptual attributes and establish quantifiable correlations between affective descriptors and packaging design elements. Engineering and Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) training. Ultimately, a bamboo-based packaging prototype was developed under the guidance of a feature mapping matrix design. The empirical assessment not only validated the accomplishments in user-centric goal attainment but also statistically substantiated the efficacy of the proposed neural network model.
