The Analysis of Digital Leadership, Organizational Influence and PM Method to Agile PM Effectiveness: An Indonesian Context
In recent years, APM has become widely adopted among large corporations to help them thrive in a dynamic market. This paper aims to build on prior research done by Rahmah et al. [1] by examining how digital leadership and organizational influence affect the effectiveness of APM implementation with the aid of project management method. This study is conducted to bridge the gap of insufficient APM related studies in Indonesia. This research applied a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, employing Smart PLS 4.0 software as their analytical tool. From a qualified data of 156 respondents gathered through a third party, the findings show that digital leadership does not directly affect APM effectiveness and project management method is found to not be a moderating factor. However, digital leadership has positive impact towards organizational influence, and organizational influence has shown evidence that it positively impacts the APM effectiveness.
