The Impact of Security Culture and Training when Moving to the Cloud

The Courts of Norway are transitioning from a server-based system to a cloud-based system, starting with the implementation of Microsoft 365. This transition raises questions regarding the implementation process, employee training, and overall acceptance. This paper investigates the management side of this transition, focusing on information, communication, training, and change processes. A survey based on the Technology Acceptance Model was conducted among employees to assess their understanding and readiness for this transition. The findings emphasize the importance of management support, proper training, and a strong security culture for successful implementation.
