Empowering Sustainable Growth: The Critical Role of Entrepreneurial Frameworks in Development
Recent global crises have pressured economies, leading to lower consumption and higher unemployment, where entrepreneurship has emerged as a key solution, encouraging creativity, innovation, and job creation. This study rigorously validates a model examining the intricate relationships among entrepreneurial framework conditions, employment, unemployment, business density, and sustainable development, with the objective of uncovering scientifically compelling insights that drive impactful advancements in sustainable economic ecosystems. Structural equation modeling was used to validate the model and examine variable relationships. Findings indicate that entrepreneurial framework conditions significantly influence employment and reduce unemployment, highlighting the essential role of supportive business environments in job creation and economic resilience. Additionally, the research underscores the importance of business density in achieving sustainable development outcomes. The study highlights the need for targeted government policies to support financial incentives, streamline regulations, and integrate entrepreneurial education, providing guidance for fostering economic growth, reducing unemployment, and achieving sustainable development.
