Both studies have been conducted on the relation of information science, information architecture, knowledge management, and process management and the model of best practices in business process management (BPM CBOK). It was noticed that the information architecture enables the integration between Process Management and Knowledge Management, by being it, enables integration between content, physical structures, information specialists responsible for IT, others that make up the organization, and organizational processes that underlie them all.
