Application Research on LAN Sniffing Technique Using ARP Deception in Satellite Communications
The present study investigates the Local Area Network (LAN) environment of a control system, wherein traffic interception occurs due to an ARP spoofing attack. Through the application of a network packet analysis tool, we successfully capture User Datagram Protocol (UDP) packets and perform a detailed examination of the control directives for satellite communication apparatus. By dissecting the operational principles of ARP spoofing and the structural attributes of UDP packets, and integrating relevant network analysis techniques and methodologies, we scrutinize the identification, extraction, and interpretation processes of control directives encapsulated within UDP packets. The critical role of this research in enhancing the security posture of satellite communication networks and mitigating potential cyber threats is highlighted.
