Parameterized Optimization of Multicellular Honeycomb Pipe Induced Holes for High-Speed Trains Based on Kriging-Mopso

The front-end energy-absorbing structure of high-speed trains not only requires high crashworthiness, but also needs to ensure that the peak impact force does not exceed the limit value. Aiming at the problems of unclear synergistic mechanism of induced hole configuration and size, and the difficulty to take into account the peak force suppression and platform force optimization in the existing research, this paper firstly systematically investigates the influence of parameterized design of three types of induced holes, namely, rectangular, circular, and rectangular + semicircular, on the collision resistance of multi-cellular cellular tubes, and through the optimization of the coupling between the Kriging agent model and the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm, the geometrical parameter of the induced holes on the force-displacement curve regulation law is revealed. -displacement curve, which breaks through the limitation of traditional single-cell parameter optimization. The results show that the proposed method reduces the peak force while keeping the platform force stable, which fills the research gap of the synergistic optimization of the induced hole configuration and size under the complex working conditions, and provides a new technical path for the lightweight design of energy-absorbing structures for high-speed trains.
