Analysis of Hotspot Topics in the Brain-Computer Interface Field Based on the LDA Model
Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technology has garnered substantial attention due to its wide-ranging applications in healthcare, artificial intelligence, and neuroscience. This study analyzes global development trends and hotspots in BCI technology through patent data. By applying the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model, the study systematically examines patent information to uncover key insights into the evolution of the BCI field. It provides an in-depth analysis of the current patent landscape, identifying critical hotspot topics across application areas, as well as software and hardware technologies. The findings not only illuminate the current state of BCI advancements but also serve as a scientific basis for forecasting future technological trends. These insights are of significant value for driving technological innovation and promoting industrial applications in the BCI domain.
