MindFit: A Mental Health Application using Artificial Neural Networks

In today's society, mental health has become an important issue where many people experience stress and anxiety. The mental illness epidemic underscores the urgent need for support systems. For this purpose, we have developed a new mobile application "MindFit" as a user-focused platform for mental health support. In this paper through MindFit application we addressed the complex issue with tools designed to report key issues around mental health assessment, support, and accessibility. In this proposed approach, artificial neural networks (ANNs) has been utilized to analyze intricate and multidimensional mental health data, including textual responses, physiological signals, and behavioral patterns. With user registration and authentication, MindFit addresses the first issue of the importance of mental health in stressful lives and ensures the safety of people seeking mental health assessment and guidance. Users can monitor their own mental health and get a personal view based on the self-assessment tool. Additionally, MindFit provides curated content such as informative blogs and inspirational videos to educate users about mental health.Additionally, MindFit facilitates connections with mental health professionals by providing links and recommendations to bridge the gap between users and support. MindFit represents an important solution to improving mental health, raising awareness, reducing stigma and providing meaningful support. MindFit fills a critical need in our stressful lives by promoting the health of its diverse user base.
