Preface

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the proceedings of The 4th International Conference on Electrical, Control and Information Technology (ECITech 2025), held in the vibrant city of Shenyang, China, from April 18 to 20, 2025. This conference convened outstanding scholars, engineers, and industry experts from academia and industry worldwide to share pioneering advancements and innovative practices in electrical engineering, control systems, and information technology. This year’s conference features an exceptional scientific program comprising 109 high-quality papers selected through rigorous peer review from 206 submissions. The conference program is further enriched by 8 keynote presentations in the main venue delivered by internationally renowned experts, complemented by 4 invited talks in each of the four parallel forums focusing on specialized topics. These sessions bridged theoretical innovation with industrial implementation, fostering in-depth dialogue between academia and industry. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Technical Program Committee members and reviewers for their meticulous evaluation of submissions.
