Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Beam Resource Allocation for Multi-Beam Satellite Communication Systems

With the continuous development of global informatization, satellite communication systems have demonstrated enormous advantages in providing wide coverage and flexible services. However, resource allocation, particularly efficient utilization of limited spectrum resources, has become a critical challenge in multi-beam satellite communication systems. This paper explores the Practical Uses of AI in channel resource allocation for multi-beam satellite communication systems, with a focus on resource allocation methods based on DRL. By constructing an optimization model aimed at maximizing system capacity, we employed the DQN algorithm to dynamically allocate channel resources in multi-beam satellite systems. Simulation results demonstrate that the DQN algorithm significantly improves system throughput and channel utilization compared to traditional algorithms.
