Research on Position Sensorless Torque Ripple Suppression Method for Six-Phase PMSM
In order to solve the problem of large high-frequency pulse moment rotation of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, a high-frequency injection method based on harmonic space is proposed. The synchronous coordinate system in the harmonic space is decoupled by a new transformation matrix, and the mathematical model is re-established to inject a high-frequency signal into the axis of the harmonic space, and then a phase-locked loop is used to obtain the estimated position. This method can minimize the torque pulsation. In the simulation, the proposed method significantly reduces the load torque pulsation and achieves accurate observation of the actual rotor position. The results show that injecting high-frequency voltage into the harmonic space is an effective strategy, which not only reduces the torque pulsation but also improves the operational reliability and stability of the system.
