Design and Implementation of Pre-Litigation Mediation Platform Under Web Technology

Pre-litigation mediation, as an important way to improve judicial efficiency, faces problems such as lagging information synchronisation, inconvenient evidence management, and insufficient supervision mechanism. Based on Web technology, we design and implement a pre-litigation mediation platform, adopting front-end and back-end separation architecture, combining WebRTC video mediation, JWT authentication, AES encrypted storage and other key technologies to improve mediation efficiency and data security. System tests show that the platform has good performance in functional stability, security and user experience, but the performance still needs to be optimised for high concurrency. The research results can provide technical support for the digitisation and intelligence of prelitigation mediation and promote the development of judicial informatisation.
