Derivative Analysis of oblique ship Resistance in Ice area

In order to solve the problem of solving the hydrodynamic derivative under the ice-water coupling action of ship oblique navigation under the ice breaking condition in open water, this study uses the two-way coupled digital elevation model (DEM model) method and computational fluid dynamics (CFD software) STAR-CCM and digital elevation model (DEM model) particles to simulate the broken ice, and the ice-water coupling is completed by kinetic energy conversion. The data simulation of ship oblique sailing at 3 °, 5 °, 7 °and 9 °drift angle is carried out, and the simulation results are obtained without considering the action of free liquid surface. After fitting the torque and force of different drift angles after dimensionless, the hydrodynamic coefficients of different hydrodynamic coefficients are calculated, and the turning moment and lateral force of the ship in open water under ice breaking conditions are solved respectively. Under the condition of random ice interference, the hydrodynamic coefficient is solved by using the minimum and maximum moment and force after disturbance, and the hydrodynamic coefficient is predicted under the action of ice-water coupling in the passive range of hydrodynamic feasibility. The solution value proves that the solution result of the DEM model in the open water is highly similar to the bow and stern derivatives of the ship under the hydrodynamic action, and the ice-water coupling leads to the random hydrodynamic derivative and the fluctuation end of the derivative is positive and negative.
